Human Led AI provides AI voice agent services to help businesses automate call handling, lead qualification, and appointment booking.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Human Led AI. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Content: Messages may include appointment reminders, service notifications, follow-ups, and promotional offers related to our services.

Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your service usage.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.

Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier agreement.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Neither Human Led AI nor any mobile carrier guarantees message delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to your mobile carrier's network conditions, coverage area, and policies. Neither Human Led AI nor any mobile carrier shall be held responsible for any damages, losses, or inconvenience arising from message transmission failures or delays.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, including SMS and text message communications. By opting in to receive messages from Human Led AI, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly remove their information from our systems.

Limitations of Liability

Human Led AI is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
